Code of conduct
• To respect the well being and property of other members of the company and the wider community, and treat the company property with care.
• To wear your identity company card at all times, show it when asked. Not be used by another person in or outside the company.
• To be polite and courteous at all times within the company. To follow any reasonable instructions given by a member of the company or security guards.
• Keeping to the equalities policies. Not to discriminate against or harass others in the company. Not to wear or display any logos or slogans that could offend other people within the company.
• Not to behave in a way that could damage the good name of the company inside or outside the company grounds.
• Not to bring or use illegal drugs, weapons or alcohol into the company premises. Not to smoke except where it is allowed and not to gamble anywhere on company premises.
• To be at work punctual and regularly and do what the brief requires you to do.
• To follow the brief and completing assignments and exams without cheating, copying or plagiarising.
• Keep the company clean and tidy. Free from litter, not to eat or drink in any equipment areas.
• To make sure you understand the company health & safety regulations and pay attention at all times to your own and other people’s health and safety.
• To keep mobile phones on vibration in all office areas. Do not use any facilities on mobile phones personal stereos or similar equipment to cause trouble or affect another person’s right to privacy or distraction.
• To agree to the staff acceptable use policy and use computer facilities only to support your design. Do not access any site that goes against the company policies.
Disciplinary action will be taken against you if you do not follow the code of conduct.
