Profile
I am a highly motivated, result driven individual with strong communication and organisation skills.  In addition to dealing confidently with people at all levels, I possess sound problem solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast paced, time sensitive environment.  I have sound integrity with a commitment to excellence, diversity, and teamwork.  My objective is to join a Design advertising, print based company or a marketing administrative company. My preference would be in the new Graphic Media Design sector, where my creativity and innovation will be put to excellent use and also be enhanced.

·     Design Bulletins for congregation
·     Responsible for maintaining photocopier & supplies
Ensured 250 bulletins were designed, printed & accurately distributed monthly to the congregation

·     Receptionist -Duties include paying attention to details for clients, being attentive at all times,
                                    Being responsible and taking on board any requirement the clients need.
                                    Main responsibilities include
o    Answering the telephone (transferring calls to appropriate staff member, taking messages)
o    Meeting and greeting clients and visitors
o    Taking and coordinating the meeting room and bookings. Setting up meeting rooms especially the sales space

o    Providing refreshments, replenishing supplies

Event Supervisor Manager- duties include Meeting or having a great attention with clients regularly to review daily events

Interest
As a dedicated candidate I have a strong passion for humanitarian causes i.e. children, social justice, elderly etc I am quite sporty and attend the gym on a regular basis.  I enjoy listening to music particularly gospel, jazz and other types of music. I enjoy socialising with friends, outings, travelling etc, and learning about other cultures.
